A quiet room with a large window facing the courtyard. It is also freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The room includes a comfortable box spring sofa bed (single or double), a wardrobe with sliding doors, a bookshelf, and a dresser. A 40-inch TV with Prime and Netflix, plus a desk and chair, make this room perfect for working.
Shared areas: The modern lighting can be adjusted as desired. Freshly washed bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi with speeds up to 250 Mbps is available throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a microwave, an oven, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. There is a dining table and an additional TV.
Owner’s presence: The apartment owner also has a room in the apartment but is usually traveling. Therefore, the apartment is rented out room by room.
As this is a newly established shared apartment, careful consideration is given to selecting tenants. Ideally, the roommates should be male and non-smokers. Dogs and cats are not suitable for such a community.
The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area, just three subway stops from the main station. Nearby, you'll find a park, the Isar River, cafés, restaurants, an organic supermarket, and late-night shops.

The other two rooms are rented out to a specific target group who do not (yet) speak German and want to stay for about 6-12 months to orient themselves and find their own apartment.
